Since 2016 is planning to be my foray from hobby-blogging into professional authoring, I’ve decided that maybe I should do some research on how to make that actually happen. So, while lazily wandering through Pinterest, I discovered a very interesting website. It gives a topic or question (known as a “writing prompt” in the biz) for each day of the year. Apparently the first step of being is a writer is … wait for it… writing! (Shocking, I know, but they insist it’s true.)
So, I’ve decided that the best way for me to get into the habit of writing regularly is to try to answer these daily questions. But since it’s already mid-February and catching up with the first six weeks of answers would be impractical, I’ve decided to start with tomorrow’s question and then *if* I make it all the way to next year, I can post the January 1st through February 17th questions in 2017.
Please keep in mind that many of these questions will not relate to my upcoming books. They are simply a way for me to share a little bit about myself with my readers (while simultaneously motivating me to make time to write).
That said, if you like what you read, please tell your friends and/or leave me a comment below.
